COVID-19 Update – Therian is Adapting – We are Committed to the Animal Care Industry

We are reaching out to all our valued clients, past and present, to reassure you that Therian is committed to supporting the Animal Care Industry during these uncertain times. We have implemented solutions to ensure our employees continue to be protected and productive, including:

  • Increased hygiene standards – We have provided adequate facilities to enable and encourage good hygiene processes (eg. hand sanitisers, soap, frequent wipe-downs, reminders and signage)
  • Travel restrictions – All employees are no longer permitted to travel by air interstate or internationally by any means, they will instead use teleconferencing/web conferencing/phone/email for long-distance communications.  This is to protect both our employees and our clients and their staff.
  • Adhering to Government requirements – We are keeping abreast of the daily updates provided by the Australian Federal and various State Governments and ensuring our standard operating procedures, business continuity plans and employees are compliant with their requirements and quarantine measures as they are refined.
  • Secure and capable technologies – Therian’s investment in technology ensure that our employees have access to all technical resources from across the globe with secure connectivity to ensure the safety of data transfer so they may work from home or any other location as needed.

Our approach to supporting the industry may change daily and we are adapting continuously as all businesses are, however, the one factor that will not change is our willingness and commitment to you. We know that communities are fundamental, especially in these unprecedented times which is why we are committed to your ongoing business success.

If you have a current project with Therian, please rest assured we are in regular communications with our subcontractors and vendors.  All of our major vendors regularly update us with the changing conditions with their supply chain and manufacturing capabilities.  As of today, there have only been very minimal impact on logistics and no impact on supply chain or manufacturing capability.  All current project delivery timelines are being met. For those clients who have current projects with Therian, we will be getting in contact individually to update you with any potential impacts there may be on your project as a result of COVID-19 (novel Coronavirus).

We are only an email or phone call away if you have any questions and regular updates surrounding these impacts can be found on our website, therian.com.au/media-releases/COVID-19

Stay Safe and Stay Committed to our Industry.

Regards,

Gavin Biggs
