Shipping FAQs

Your order number is 5 digits (e.g. 29177) and is located on your order confirmation email. To view your order number online, simply login to your Therian account, click the ‘Your Account’ box then head to your ‘Orders’ tab.

Transit times and estimated arrival dates are provided in your order dispatch email. Once an order is dispatched it will generally take no more then 2 weeks to arrive to your address, however, shipments to WA, rural areas, and international orders can take up to 3 weeks. Therian does not ship on weekends.

Therian’s packing days are every Tuesday and Thursday.
Packing days may change during sale periods due to an influx of orders.

TNT Express: TNT’s collection days are every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon.
If an order is placed before 10:00am (AEST) Tuesday or Thursday, the order may be collected that afternoon. Please wait the next scheduled shipping day if you order is not collected that afternoon. If placed after 10:00am the order will be collected the next scheduled shipping day. Fulfilment time of your order can depend on the order size. Sales and events may result in collection delays.

Sendle: Sendle’s collection days are every Wednesday and Friday morning.
If an order is placed on a Wednesday or Friday, it will be shipped the next scheduled shipping day. If an order is placed after 10:00am on Tuesday or Thursday, it may not be shipped the next day. Please wait the next scheduled shipping day if your order is not collected the next day. Fulfilment time of your order can depend on the order size. Sales and events may result in collection delays.

Q: I can’t remember my order number!

A: Not to worry, all orders are safely kept under your Therian account that you used during purchasing. Simply head on over to your Orders to view all the information that you could possibly need.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: All shipping estimates that were given during checkout process are from when your order leaves our warehouse. For example, if your order estimate time-frame was 2-3 days and was shipped on Monday, it will arrive between Wednesday and Thursday.

Q: What days does Therian ship?

A: Therian’s shipping schedule is every Tuesday and Thursday, however we often ship on almost every business day; so if your package leaves our facility on a Monday don’t be alarmed!
