Therian was engaged to design and project manage the construction and fit-out of the Pimpama City Veterinary Surgery. The new single storey veterinary clinic was to be located at the rear of the then new Pimpama City Shopping Centre complex.
Therian also provided various services located on the western side of the shop including K9 grass, trench drain grate, dog hydro bath, HWS, clothes line and medical gas.
