Integrated Cloud–Based Software

All CUBEX® solutions include our cloud-based software that works with most practice management systems. With CUBEXConnect, integrate your Practice Management System to enable maximum efficiency via bi-directional communication — capturing patient, profile, and billing details to facilitate your staff’s workflow. After the medication has been removed from the cabinet, charges are automatically applied to patient bills, inventory counts are updated, and logs are accurate.

After logging in with your fingerprint ID and selecting a patient, CUBEX® identifies the medications and dispenses the correct quantity.

Once items are removed, MashuraOS is updated to reflect accurate on-hand inventory, and the invoice is updated accurately so all items are billed appropriately.

A PO is automatically generated with the supplier once the item drops below the minimum count.

Admin confirms PO and sends to the supplier.

Order Confirmed

MashuraOS directs the admin on where to replenish each item when the order arrives.
