The original and the largest in the line-up, the Kaivac 2750 is designed for larger areas and facilities such as animal kennels, veterinary clinics or even zoos.

It features an 100-litre fresh water tank and recovery tank. The system is powered by a 35-bar pump and a powerful wet/dry vacuum.

These systems allow workers to thoroughly clean floors, kennels, examination rooms, grooming areas and any other hard surface 60 times better than mops – without having to touch contaminated and unpleasant soils and surfaces.

Achieving great, consistent results is easy with these patented systems. Simply apply automatically diluted cleaning solution to dog housing, fixtures and floors in a low pressure fan spray, and then rinse surfaces and floors with always-fresh, clean water. The built-in power of the indoor pressure washer flushes soils out of grout lines and tight places that mops can’t reach. Finally, just vacuum the floor dry – completely removing soils, moisture and contaminants from all surfaces, grout lines and crevices, leaving the floor virtually dry and soil free.

Samford Pet Resort Purchased a Kaivac No-Touch Cleaning System model 2750 due to the need for a water saving option for our pet resort facility. Our need for the changes came when we had to upgrade our existing septic systems to a water treatment plant. For the new water treatment plant to operate successfully, we needed to limit the hydraulic load and volume of water entering the plant plus manage the chemicals to ensure the treatment process operated as required. Prior to Kaivac, our facility would use approximately 1428L of water per day for cleaning of all dog pens. Now with the Kaivac unit we use approximately 150L per day to do the same job (around 10.5% of previous water usage). This huge saving of water alone has been remarkable considering our facility is on tank water. Due to the reduction in water usage, we have not had to purchase as much water to fill our tanks – an added bonus we were not expecting! The inbuilt chemical dispensing within the Kaivac unit ensures staff only use the chemicals necessary for correct dosage and eliminates the poor chemical management practices we had prior. Our staff simply connect the disinfectant and the Kaivac unit automatically doses at the correct amount for each use. Having now used the Kaivac unit in the pet resort for some time we have found the dog pens are dry instantly as the vacuum is very effective. The resort smells great as there is no moisture left behind in the dog pens. As the Kaivac unit removes all moisture to leave each dog pen dry, this further helps with humidity in the buildings. We would highly recommend the Kaivac no-touch cleaning system to any pet resort that is looking to significantly save water, have dry dog pens and a nice smelling facility. In addition, the team at Therian (therian.com.au) have been very helpful in ensuring our pet resort has the correct Kaivac products to support our facility.
