Every online order comes with a 5-digit Therian Order Number in your confirmation email. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your package via TNT, TGE, or Australia Post. Enter your Order Number above to track your shipment.

Yes. Order collection is available from our warehouse at Unit 2/28 Commercial Drive, Ashmore QLD 4214. Please contact our team in advance with your Therian Order Number to arrange a suitable pickup time. You will be notified once your order is ready for collection.

Australia Metro: 2–7 business days

Australia Rural/Regional: 2–7 business days for small orders,  10-15 business days for large orders

International (NZ, Hong Kong, Singapore): Contact us for estimated delivery times

Shipping fees depend on order size, weight, and destination.

Please Contact Us if the shipping charges are calculating to exceptionally high and unreasonable rates, especially for small and light-weight items (hardware, nuts, bolts, etc.) or large bundles of parts. 

We’ve noticed some items are unfortunately calculating incorrect weights and dimensions, which can greatly inflate the shipping charges shown.

Australia Post: May leave the parcel in a safe place at the carrier’s discretion. If this isn’t possible, a card will be left and the item held at your local post office.

TNT/TGE: May leave the parcel in a safe place at the carrier’s discretion, attempt redelivery, or require pickup from a local depot, depending on the delivery location and instructions.

Yes. International shipments may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination. Clients are responsible for all such applicable fees.

For NZ clients, 15% NZD GST tax is payable by you, directly to the freight company.

International orders are Delivered At Place (DAP). This means for the goods to be delivered to your door, you will handle the import paperwork and local charges. The freight company will contact you directly for this.
