Quiz Terms & Conditions
The Quiz
- The Therian Quiz is organized by Therian and will take place at their stand (G27) during the Vet Expo.
- The Quiz is open to all attendees of Vet Expo at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, who meet the eligibility criteria as specified in these Terms and Conditions.
- This Quiz ends Thursday 4th September 2025 at 3:00PM AEST.
Eligibility
- To be eligible for this contest the entrant must:
- Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and must attend the conference in person.
- Entrants must be a veterinarian, veterinary nurse, veterinary technician, veterinary practice manager, or work for a veterinary practice.
- Scan the QR Code provided at Therian’s stand (Stand G27) using a smartphone or compatible scanning device.
- Fill out the competition form with the required details, including full name, contact information, and answers to the three quiz questions.
- What are baby Platypus and Echidnas called?
- What is the most common name for a group of Frogs?
- What body part of Green Sea Turtle does the ‘green’ come from?
Prize
- Each winner will receive 1 x frank green® 595ml Ceramic Reusable Bottle with Flip Straw Lid.
- The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
Winner Selection and Announcement
- Multiple winners will be drawn and announced at the Therian stand (G27) every hour from 11:00am-2:00pm on 3rd and 4th September 2025, and if present, can collect their prize.
- Winners will also be announced on the Therian website and through their official social media channels.
- If the winner is not present when announced, they will be contacted via the contact information provided in the competition form.
- The bottle must be collected by the end of the conference at 3:30 PM AEST Thursday 4th September from the Therian or the prize will be forfeited.
General Conditions
- One entry per person. Multiple entries will be invalid.
- All entries that do not meet the eligibility criteria will be ineligible for entry into this competition.
- By participating in the Therian Quiz Competition, participants acknowledge and accept:
- That they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
- Any entry submitted with incorrect answers will not be selected as the winner.
- Even with all three answers correct, winning is not guaranteed, as more than one entrant could have correct answers.
- The decisions made by Therian regarding all aspects of the Competition, including the selection of the winner, are final and binding.
- Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions or entered with incorrect details will be invalid.
- Entries by employees of Therian (including its affiliated and related companies) and their immediate family members (children, parents, siblings, spouses etc.) will be invalid.
- Therian reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition, or amend these Terms and Conditions, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
- The personal information collected from Entrants during the Competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and will be handled in accordance with Therian’s Privacy Policy.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- The Competition and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
- This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, frank green® or any other third party.
